Korea-Indonesia Summit Strengthens Defense Cooperation

South Korean President Lee Jae-myung and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto agreed to strengthen collaboration in energy, strategic industries, and defense during an April 1 summit. The leaders congratulated the KF-21/IF-X joint development program on its upcoming completion in June and the two countries signed 16 memorandums of understanding, marking a deepening Indo-Pacific defense partnership.
