ROKS Gyeongbuk FFX Batch-III Frigate Delivered to ROK Navy
SK Oceanplant delivered the ROKS Gyeongbuk, the second Ulsan-class (FFX) Batch-III frigate, to the ROK Navy on June 19, ahead of the original end-June schedule. The 3,600-ton, 129-meter frigate successfully passed sea trials and naval gun-firing tests. SK Oceanplant plans to deliver the follow-on frigates ROKS Jeonnam and ROKS Jeju at approximately six-month intervals, continuing the program's strong execution record.
